Meet Bridget
A beautiful home should also live beautifully. It should support your everyday life, adapt as your needs change, and offer value beyond first impressions. Your home is both a place to live well and a significant investment. My role is to help you make the most of both.
As a residential real estate advisor with TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, I work with discerning buyers and sellers throughout the Washington, DC metro area who want thoughtful perspective, informed judgment, and guidance shaped around their aspirations.
For buyers, I look beyond location and finishes to consider construction quality, comfort, health, resilience, and potential. For sellers, I combine strategic pricing and compelling marketing to showcase both the visible and less-visible qualities that make a home valuable, from architecture and beautiful materials to the systems and improvements that support lasting performance.
Before real estate, I built an international career as a journalist, interviewer, producer, and on-camera host. I am also a published author. That experience shapes how I work: listening carefully, asking better questions, making complex information useful, and telling stories that reveal what makes a property distinctive.
My Green, Smart Home, and Pearl certifications enhance my deep interest in the cutting edge of home design. I look beyond trends to how thoughtful architecture, intelligent technology, and resilient construction can help homes endure as healthy, supportive places to live. This perspective applies to homes both old and new, helping clients recognize existing strengths and imagine what’s possible.
I draw on relationships with architects, builders, designers, and specialized professionals, alongside Sotheby’s International Realty’s global reach and network of experts. Having previously practiced real estate in Seattle for several years and grown up in the home building trade in the City of San Francisco, I also bring experience across competitive markets.
I now live in Vienna, Virginia, in an internationally award-winning modern home. Living with thoughtful design has deepened my appreciation for homes that bring beauty and everyday function together.
Through Live Wise DMV, I help you recognize quality, understand possibility, and make informed choices for the life you want to lead and the investment you want to build.
