As a residential real estate advisor with TTR Sotheby’s International Realty in the Washington, DC metro area, I specialize in high-performance, intelligently designed homes that integrate thoughtful architecture, resilient energy systems, and smart home technology. I previously practiced real estate in Seattle, and my experience across highly competitive markets shapes how I evaluate value, design quality, and long-term performance.

Before real estate, I built an international career as a journalist, producer, and on-camera host, contributing to major global media outlets and profiling cultural change-makers across film, television, media, and the arts. That work sharpened the skills that define my advisory approach today: listening deeply, navigating complexity, earning trust, and communicating clearly in high-stakes situations.
I am a published author, and storytelling remains central to my real estate practice. Whether I’m positioning a distinctive property for sale or guiding buyers through nuanced decisions, I focus on crafting clear, compelling narratives that reveal not just what a home is—but what it can become.
